ONE Yoga and Pilates – 1 class per week Mondays - €120

Levels for ONE Yoga and Pilates
Beginners – Complete beginners to Ashtanga Yoga
Level 1-2 - Those familiar with the sun salutations.

Levels for Ian’s boot camp style class.
Level 1 Basic cardio levels. Less than 40 minutes cardio aerobic endurance
Level 11 Advanced up to sixty minute flat aerobic endurance

Please note that you will be given your time allocation on the 26th April. People will be grouped according to their level.
