Now in my forties, I am a recent convert to yoga, but I have to say that joining Aisling's class is one of the best (personal) decisions I have made in my life! After only a few weeks I can see and feel the changes to my body – I am standing taller, breathing deeper and generally feeling calmer. Going regularly to my class is also showing a good example to my thirteen year old daughter who now wants to join. Just goes to show you're never too young or too old for yoga!
